Adulting

This past week has been crazy. Almost overwhelming. But wonderfully overwhelming. After months of searching and applications I finally got my first job. With getting a job comes opening a bank account. And with opening a bank account comes responsibilities that I've never had before. Kinda like an "if you give a mouse a cookie" situation. I was a little skeptical about accepting the job based on what others have said about busy scheduling. But I talked to the manager during my interview about my busy life with theatre and choir and he said that it would be fine! The only problem would be mine, with not making as much money. I'd rather have it be my problem than the company's. 

This week was my first week on the job. It's been great so far! I've picked up really fast! I've had a lot of great people to show me the ropes! I can't wait to see how this new experience will benefit me and my future. 

Another exciting thing that has happened is we've started Footloose dance rehearsals! I get to see all of my closest friends, doing what we all love to do. The choreography is always fun to learn! I can't wait until our show. It's going to be spectacular!!!
